FlexEdge uses continuous-motion tracking to cap containers while they remain in motion, helping support smooth production and minimize splashing with low-viscosity products.

Servo-driven capping heads deliver repeatable application quality across multiple closure formats, with configurations from 2 to 8 heads and speeds from 30 to 120 CPM.

Rotary Capping Turret Integrated into the MBF FILLBLOCK

Zalkin’s 24-head rotary capping turret will be integrated into the MBF FILLBLOCK at PACK EXPO, applying aluminum ROPP closures to miniature spirits bottles at speeds up to 700 BPM.
